| Our 1978 Northwest Style Custom HomeOur 1978 Northwest style custom home has had little done to it since new, other than standard maintenance and repair. We are undertaking a sequential remodeling project, starting with the decks, porch and a guest bathroom. Evenutally we'll update our kitchen and master bath, combine the current laundry room and "dog" room into one larger more functional space, refinish all our hardwood floors, and replace the heat pump system. We also need to drill a water well and replace the 6-year old tile roof with something more durable. |
