First installation left the breakaway chains, air supply fitting/hose, emergency brake cable etc. in their original configuration, all of which were ripped out on the shake down run during 90-degree pivots. They became caught up on the GN8 box during the swing. We moved everything behind the coupler with plenty of room to swivel.
